		<description>Sorry to be a pest, but just that fast I stumbled across something worthy of note.  Some NYU students have raised enough money to build the &quot;anti-Facebook&quot; called Diaspora (http://joindiaspora.com).

Don&#039;t know anything about it yet, but thought I would share.  Plus, apparently, some people are organizing a Facebook exodus for May 31st.  Guess this could get interesting after all.</description>

		<description>I feel like Facebook is starting to get to that point of no return where they believe that they&#039;ve cornered the market so well that they can make whatever decisions they like with little negative impact to them.

I haven&#039;t seen much in the way of competing sites as of yet, but there are some really intelligent minds out there that could certainly give Facebook a run for their money.  Hopefully they&#039;re sitting at some restaurant under a palm tree figuring out their strategy on the back of a napkin.

As far as the changes go, if they continue down this path of deciding for us what level of sharing we&#039;re going to do, I think that they&#039;ll start to see a mass exodus in the future.  People will only allow for so many snafus before they decide enough is enough.</description>
