If you are new to Internet Marketing or Social Media, I suggest you read this book and also follow Bernie on twitter (@berniebay). Bernie is a great guy, very smart internet marketer and has an awesome company, Find & Convert located in Tampa, FL. I really enjoyed Marketing 2.0.

The book begins by talking about the history of social media and how it compares to the old days of marketing. Bernie’s straight to the point way is great and is needed for many “old school marketers”. He talks about the old vs new description for a CMO.

The part of the book that I enjoyed the most though, is the case studies. There are a ton of great examples in this book. I always enjoy reading case studies in books and Bernie’s is one of the first that I have read in a while that has great case studies.

If your company is on the border of using Social Media, please deliver this book to the CMO and VPs because it will answer most of their questions. It answers many of the important questions that people starting out with social media will have and many more that you may not even think of. Get this book because I know you will enjoy it.

Many of my friends are interested in learning more about social media and always ask, “What is the best way to learn?” I figured I would do a posting about this very popular topic, but I would also like to open it up to others and hear about how you have learned:
