Do you write your goals down?

How often do you write your goals down? Do you write both your short – term and long – term goals down and review them periodically? I have found, over the last 5 years or so, that the best time for me to write my goals is when we are on vacation. I can take a few days to think about what I want to do and where I want to go (business-wise) during this time. Getting away from the office, social media and all the other distractions really helps me focus on my goal writing.

Do you write your goals down on a regular basis? If so, where and when do you find the best time works for you?

D!

I HAVE to write goals down. AND I track to goals as well. For personal life, I have a very high tech system that I use. Index cards! I have goals across a bunch of categories: Financial, health, personal development, fun (seriously), etc. For work, i have long term, project and daily goals usually. I track all via One Note (my favorite app of ALL TIME).

Awesome idea Mike. Index cards are so helpful, old school but they’re great! I have to get better writing my daily goals and making sure I stick to them. Next time we see each other, let’s talk more.
